AC37 - FULL BOAT - Goleta Karya

Up to 2 months before the competition starts (22nd of August): 100% Refund

Less than 2 months before the competition starts: No refund is accepted.

By 37th AC Organization:

Cancellation Due to Adverse Navigation Conditions.

1. If the Barcelona Maritime Authority prohibits navigation due to weather conditions that prevent safe sailing (strong winds, heavy rain, hail, lightning storm, etc.), the companies commit to offering the customer an alternative day (from those selected for reservation by the same AC) or a 100% refund of the amount paid (cancellation policies of services contracted from third parties such as F&B will be respected).

Cancellation of Races Due to Adverse Competition Conditions.

2. If the AC organization officially suspends the races before heading to sea due to lack of wind and/or conditions that prevent the competition from taking place but do not prevent the departure of the contracted boats to follow the event, the companies will offer the customer the alternative of continuing to enjoy the event at sea. If the customer decides not to proceed with the event and does not wish to board, they will be entitled to a 50% refund (cancellation policies of services contracted from third parties such as F&B will be respected).

Cancellation of Races During the Competition.

3. This applies as long as the follow-up boats have set out to sea and the competing sailboats have also done so. If later, for any reason, the AC race decides not to hold the race (due to low wind or changing wind conditions) or suspend the race already underway, customers will not be entitled to a refund. In this case, the companies will offer the customer the alternative of continuing to enjoy sailing and using the time they had contracted for the service. If customers wish to return to port, they will not be entitled to any refund.
