PAYMENT CONDITIONS:

• 50% at the time of confirmation
• Remaining 50% 1 week before the charter
• In the case of payment by bank transfer, it can be made up to 72 hours before the charter. After that period, payment can only be made by credit card, debit card, or cash.
• If the transfer has not been credited to our account prior to the boarding time, as a security deposit, the lessee must pay the total amount again via credit card, debit card, or cash. Once the transfer is credited, we will proceed with the deposit refund.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

• Med Travel Ventures S.L. agrees to provide services on the specified date and time as outlined in the contract, previously agreed upon by both parties. Med Travel Ventures S.L. is obligated to fulfill the contract as long as payments are 100% completed in a timely manner as indicated in the payment conditions (page 1).
• If Med Travel Ventures S.L. is unable to meet the previously agreed embarkation time due to COMPANY'S OWN reasons, Med Travel Ventures S.L. commits to extending the navigation for the time it took to start the event. If extension is not possible, Med Travel Ventures, SL will be solely responsible for refunding the proportional part of the boat rental that was not carried out and is not responsible for any other financial compensation.
• If Med Travel Ventures S.L. is unable to meet the agreed embarkation time due to EXTERNAL reasons beyond the company's control, Med Travel Ventures S.L. is not obligated to extend the navigation or refund any sum of money to the lessee.
• Given the situation of port, police, customs inspections, or any other type of authority, in the port or at sea, Med Travel Ventures S.L. is not responsible for possible expenses or fines incurred by the lessee for not complying with navigation requirements, nor is it responsible for the time authorities take for inspection.
• Med Travel Ventures S.L. has insurance on each vessel, covering collisions, fire, and damage to third parties. The lessee will be covered as long as they respect and comply with the legal requirements of the contract and do not act negligently.
• The lessee and their companions commit to not engage in any unlawful acts against Spanish laws. If such acts are committed, the lessee will be solely responsible before the authorities.
• The captain is in charge of the proper navigation and execution of the service to ensure the lessee can fully enjoy the charter. The lessee may suggest possible plans and routes, but the final decision will ALWAYS rest with the captain as the expert and
• person in charge.
• The captain has the authority and power to cancel the charter at any time during the rental if the lessee and/or their guests behave inappropriately, cause damage, or jeopardize the safety of the group on board.
• The consumption of drugs or any kind of narcotics is strictly PROHIBITED. If such behavior is observed, the captain may cancel the charter and return immediately to port without the possibility of reimbursement or claim by the lessee.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation by the customer:

• More than 65 days before the charter: 100% refund.
• Between 64 and 30 days before the charter: 50% refund.
• Less than 29 days before the charter: 25% refund.
• No refund is allowed for cancellations during the 7 days prior to the charter.

Cancellation due to adverse weather conditions:

If it becomes impossible to follow the previously agreed route due to bad weather, we will propose an alternative route according to the event's needs. To maintain a high level of

customer satisfaction and safety, THIS IS MED reserves the right to cancel the charter activity/event only when Port Authorities close the port to incoming and outgoing traffic

due to adverse weather conditions (referring to: heavy rain, wind, hail, and/or sea conditions that endanger the vessel, guests, or crew). Under these circumstances, This is

MED's policy is to allow the customer to choose another day for the activity or provide a 100% refund for the nautical activity, EXCEPT for other services previously contracted, such

as catering and bars. In case of contracted activities, the cancellation policy of third-party services will apply for certain activities (such as jetskis, parasailing, water toys, live music,

fishing, eco golf, private photographer, private chef, massagists, etc.).
